How can I donate to the developer of MineCenter?
Thanks! Click this button to donate securely through Paypal. You don't even need a Paypal account! A suggested amount is $10, but it's up to you.
What are the system requirements?
- Microsoft Windows XP or higher
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
How do I use MineCenter?
MineCenter is simple to use:
- First, you need a CraftBukkit server. Instructions on how to do that can be found here.
Next, you need to install a plugin called SwiftApi. SwiftApi can be downloaded from dev.bukkit.org
Drop the JAR file into your
/pluginsdirectory on your server and restart/reload the server.
Now you can add your server to your MineCenter interface using the "Add Server" dialog.
It's not working! What do I do?!?!?!?
Calm down. Make sure you followed the steps outlined in the above FAQ, specifically the part about installing SwiftApi on your sever. More instructions on how to configure SwiftApi can be found here.
- Make sure that the server you are trying to connect to has port 21111 open (firewalls, networks etc.)
- Make sure you have restarted or reloaded the server since installing SwiftApi, and that SwiftApi is enabled
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.

I found a bug, what do I do with it?
MineCenter is still early in its development. There are definitely some issues to be found. For the most part it is stable but if you do happen across a bug, please submit a bug report to the official Bitbucket repo.
How do I get the latest version of MineCenter?
MineCenter keeps itself up to date. The app checks for updates after it starts up, so if it finds a newer version, you will be prompted to install it the NEXT time you run MineCenter.
I get a SEVERE log message like "Please initialize the log4j system properly." in my server log
This error is output by SwiftApi. It is a KNOWN issue, and will be resolved by the release of Apache Thrift 0.9.0. See this ticket for more info: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/swiftapi/tickets/1-please-initialize-the-log4j-system-properly/ or this JIRA for even MORE information: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/THRIFT-1447
